1. Select and Pay
Choose your favorite doll from our website and complete your payment via PayPal or credit card.
For high-value international credit card payments, some banks may apply additional security checks.
If your payment does not go through, please try one of the following:
1. Inform your bank this is an authorized international purchase
2. Use a different credit card
3. Pay via PayPal
2. Confirm Your Customization
After payment, you will receive an email from gynoiddolls@gmail.com within a day. Please check your inbox and confirm your doll's customization options.
3. Production
Once confirmed, your doll will enter the production queue. The standard production time is 26-35 days (excluding newly released models).
4. Video Confirmation & Shipping Address Check
When your doll is completed, we will send you a detailed video for final confirmation via email. At this stage, please verify your shipping address to prevent delivery errors.
If you are temporarily unavailable to receive the package, we can hold your doll and delay shipment upon request.
5. Shipping & Delivery
After confirming the details, we will arrange the shipment.
🏵️Your doll will first be shipped from our factory in Dongguan to the UPS collection point in Shenzhen (2-3 days).
🏵️UPS will then deliver it to your final destination (delivery times vary, please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy).
6. Receiving & Unboxing
The courier will deliver the package to your doorstep. Please keep an eye out for calls regarding delivery.
🏵️Upon arrival, inspect the outer packaging and doll condition. If there is any damage, contact us immediately at gynoiddolls@gmail.com for assistance.
