Return Policy

After receiving the doll delivery, please check whether it is intact. If there is serious damage, file a complaint with the courier on the spot.

It is recommended to record the unboxing process with pictures or videos to make sure the doll is in mint condition and all add-ons are included.

As long as production is finished, our QC will have a thorough inspection of the doll, as well as all related packaging stuff to make sure all that is ready for a safe journey later on. Professional repair guidance and a free repair kit will be provided for minor damages during transportation. While, for serious damages which have affected normal use, the factory will support the return for reparation or exchange service (please ensure the feedback comes within 48 hours after receiving the doll, and the doll hasn't been used).

As for damages that appeared during daily usage, repair guidance and a free repair kit will be provided, too. For special cases that cannot be solved remotely (such as fractured skeleton), please contact:  gynoiddolls@gmail.com. If you are ready to send the doll back for reparation, the return address and shipping instructions will be provided upon getting your request. You are responsible for all taxes and fees incurred for the round-trip shipping.

Cancellation Policy

After payment, it allows 24 hours to modify your order or cancel it. Please send the order number, email address, and detailed modification information to :  gynoiddolls@gmail.com. We will do the modification or refund at the first time.
A 5% handling fee will be charged if cancel your order within 3 days after payment, and a 10% fee, within 3 to 7 days.
A cancellation request is unacceptable after the order is in production.

Orders that remain with us after the 3rd written notice, or if no response is received within 6 months or more, will be considered abandoned, in such cases, no refunds or shipments will be made.

Freight

Because of the frequent fluctuations in international shipping fees, we may make responsive adjustments at any time.
