How the Affiliate Program Works
1. Register as a Gynoid Affiliate Partner.
2. Share your unique referral link (or exclusive discount code) on your website, blog, social platforms, or with your audience.
3. When a buyer clicks your link (or enters your discount code at checkout) and completes a successful payment, the system will automatically record your commission.
Commission Structure (based on total sales amount):
2% commission–Total sales ≤ US$20,000
3.5% commission–Total sales ≥ US$50,000
6% commission–Total sales ≥ US$100,000

Order Validity, Commission Rules & Anti-Fraud Policy
Valid Orders

Commission Settlement Rules

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Consequences of Violations:

Liability and Indemnification

3. Gynoid bears no responsibility for any account suspensions, channel bans, or revenue losses resulting from a partner’s non-compliant activities.
Suspension and Termination
Gynoid reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the partnership if any of the following occurs:
· Any prohibited conduct listed above;
· Actions that damage the brand’s reputation;
· Cheating, abuse of program benefits, or other violations.
Upon Termination:
· All promotion privileges will be revoked immediately;
· All commissions from fraudulent or violating activities will be forfeited;
· Confidentiality obligations and liability for damages remain in effect after termination.
Risk Acknowledgment
By joining this program, you fully understand and voluntarily assume all associated risks, including but not limited to:
· Legal Risks: Penalties, lawsuits, or liability arising from non-compliant promotion, adult content violations, involvement of minors, or intellectual property infringement.
· Platform Risks: Account suspension, content removal, or loss of traffic due to violation of platform policies.
